How to Return a Product

Pack the product securely in its original packaging. We will guide you on the nearest drop-off point or arrange a pickup.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged on Arrival?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product. We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
